Q: Which floor plans are still available?
A: Contact us today at 414-240-0694 to learn more about any current availability. Two homes that you are currently able to reserve are the Lafayette and the Kilbourn floor plans. The Lafeyette is a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom apartment style, unlike anything you expect. The Kilburn is a one-bedroom, two-bath apartment with a charming Juliet balcony. In both floor plans, there’s plenty of right-sized living room space for gathering with friends and family and enjoying home just as you like.
Q: How do I join the waitlist for other residences?
A: If you’re interested in a floor plan that isn’t currently available, check out the waitlist section of our website here, and please fill out the form. One of our team members will be in touch soon and answer any questions you may have. Our waitlist, known affectionately as The Thomas Tradition, is an homage to our history, dating back to our establishment in 1884 when Ms. Elizabeth Trevor Thomas was the first resident of Eastcastle Place. There are two options for our waitlist, the Esser Society and the Koch Society. Once enrolled in either society, members are afforded special privileges and access so they can start to experience and enjoy life at Eastcastle Place.
Q: How did 1884 and The Gilman (our newer additions) get their names?
A: 1884 is named after the momentous year our senior living community opened. While The Gilman, named after the land we donated to the City of Milwaukee for The Gilman Triangle Park, provides residents and locals with an oasis of green space next door. These names honor the history we share with our neighborhood and the beautiful nearby community.
