The Health Center at Eastcastle Place Awarded 2021 Harrison Award by LCS-Health Services Division
The prestigious honor recognizes LCS community health centers that received deficiency-free health surveys during their annual inspection. The award was named in honor of Mary Harrison; an early employee of LCS who was a passionate advocate for providing quality care. Less than 11% of skilled nursing centers in the U.S. earn a deficiency-free survey.
