How much does it cost to live here?

Eastcastle Place is an entrance fee community with a monthly service fee. Service fees vary based on the size of the apartment. We have 23 different styled apartments. Service fees also include restaurant style dining, interior and exterior maintenance, weekly housekeeping, flat linen service, electric, heat, water, basic cable television service and a 24-hour emergency call system.

How much are the entrance fees?

Entrance fees vary by size and style of each apartment. They are 90% refundable to you or your estate upon leaving.
