At Eastcastle Place, we celebrate every day with good food. Our chef du cuisine strives to meet the dining needs of every resident. He and his culinary staff take on the challenges of aging palates in need of low-cholesterol, sodium-free and diabetic meals every day. They create dishes using herbs from the on-site garden and rely on local farms for produce, yogurt, milk, cheese and butter.
Choose to dine with friends in the bistro or make reservations for our formal dining room. You will receive meal credits equal to the number of days in a month that can be used based on your personal preference. A continental breakfast is also available Monday through Friday. Feel free to invite friends and family to join you while you dine, too.
