Community Leadership

Lindsey Viegut

Lindsey Viegut

Executive Director

Lindsey has been part of Eastcastle Place for more than 8 years and brings over 11 years of experience in senior living administration. Before stepping into her current role as Executive Director, she served as Administrator, gaining deep operational insight into the community.

As Executive Director, Lindsey oversees all day‑to‑day operations and financial management, ensuring Eastcastle Place continues to thrive as a supportive and engaging environment for residents.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.

Brooke Harris

Brooke Harris

Administrator

As Administrator, Brooke Harris leads and supports her team in delivering exceptional health care operations, ensuring residents receive the highest level of service and experience. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration and a Certificate in Leadership Studies. Brooke also holds Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) credentials.

Anna Landes

Anna Landes

Director of Sales and Marketing

Anna brings more than 12 years of senior living experience, all of which have been dedicated to Eastcastle Place. She began her career as an intern in the Aquatics and Fitness program and has grown into her current leadership role overseeing sales and marketing for independent living. Anna guides prospective residents through their senior living options and ensures a smooth transition into the Eastcastle community.

She earned her Master of Business Administration from Concordia University and her undergraduate degree from Marquette University.

Michael Brever

Michael Brever

Philanthropy Director

As Director of Philanthropy, Mike leads all fundraising initiatives at Eastcastle Place and supports resident‑driven volunteer programs. He has been part of the Eastcastle team for almost  8 years and brings more than 46 years of experience in senior management and nonprofit leadership.

He holds a Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University.

Majarka Ford-Ziegelbauer

Majarka Ford-Ziegelbauer

Hospitality Director

Majarka serves as the Hospitality Director at Eastcastle Place, where she oversees the full food and beverage program, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents. She also oversees the Health Center dietary program, ensuring that residents’ nutritional needs, therapeutic diets, and dining services are delivered with the same high level of care and hospitality. Majarka works closely with the Resident Food & Beverage Committee to help identify and fulfill the evolving wants and needs of residents, ensuring the dining program reflects their preferences and expectations.

She brings more than 15 years of management experience and over 25 years in the hospitality industry, and has been with Eastcastle Place for five years.

Majarka earned her bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Lakeland University.

Eric Peterson

Eric Peterson

Director of Facilities

Eric serves as Director of Facilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment through oversight of maintenance, housekeeping, and landscaping services. He brings over 21 years of senior living experience, including nearly 8 years at Eastcastle Place.

He holds an associate degree in mathematics from Milwaukee Area Technical College and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University.

Jennifer McCuen

Director of Human Resources

Jennifer has been with Eastcastle Place for 6 years and brings more than 21 years of human resources experience. As Director of Human Resources, she leads recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee development, and benefits administration.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.

Teresa Jenkins

Teresa Jenkins

Director of Resident Services

Teresa has been a dedicated employee of Eastcastle Place for nearly 30 years. As Director of Resident Services, she provides comprehensive support to residents and front‑desk staff, ensuring that residents’ needs are met in a welcoming and attentive environment.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.

Brad Sitzberger

Director of Finance

Brad has been with Eastcastle Place for 20 years and brings more than 22 years of senior living financial experience. As Director of Finance, he oversees financial reporting, billing, payroll, and accounts payable, ensuring strong financial stewardship for the community.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in accounting and management information systems from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.

Nicole Claas

Nicole Claas

Director of Social Services

Nicole Claas brings more than 19 years of experience in senior living, including the past 8 years as Director of Social Services at Eastcastle Place. She is committed to ensuring residents receive compassionate, person-centered care that supports both their clinical needs and overall well-being.

In her role, Nicole oversees psychosocial services, including assessments, care planning, and discharge coordination. She collaborates closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support emotional well-being, adjustment to long-term care, and complex life transitions. She also advocates for resident rights, ensuring dignity, choice, and individualized care remain at the forefront.

Nicole also mentors University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee social work students during their field placements.

Nicole earned her degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and holds a credential in Senior Living and Services Leadership through UW–Milwaukee.

Evan Riegler

Evan Riegler

Director of Community Life

As Director of Community Life, Evan oversees a vibrant and well‑rounded activities program grounded in the various dimensions of wellness. He is passionate about creating meaningful experiences and memorable moments that enrich residents’ daily lives.

Evan has 12 years of experience in healthcare and holds an associate degree in business management from Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Barb Tice

Barb Tice

Barb was born and raised in Milwaukee and currently resides in Franklin. She holds a BBA in accounting from UW-Milwaukee and is a licensed CPA in Wisconsin. Barb has over 27 years of experience in long-term health care accounting, including holding the position of Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for MPH, Eastcastle Place, Inc., and Newcastle Place Inc. for 7 years. Prior to joining MPH, she was employed as a controller for Extendicare Health Services, Inc. for 20 years. She joined the Board as Chairman-Elect upon the conclusion of her employment with MPH in 2013. She currently serves as Chair of the Eastcastle Place Board of Directors.

JoAnne M. Williamson

JoAnne M. Williamson

I was born and raised in Milwaukee by my wonderful parents Dr and Mrs. Randle Pollard (Micki) My mother currently resides here at Eastcastle Place. I have a BS in Medical Record Administration from Clark Atlanta University. I worked in that field for 6 years and decided to go back to school to become an educator. I have a degree in early childhood education as well as a certification in Reading. have worked with early childhood children for 30 years and now I am an adjunct instructor for the School of Education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I am married to Ronald Williamson, my husband of 33years. We have two grown children who live in the Milwaukee area. Our son, Ronald Bennett, is the assistant manager of Allen Edmonds Shoes at the Pfister Hotel. Our daughter, Olivia, is a 6th-grade math teacher at Milwaukee Academy of Science.

Katie Tillmar

Katie has spent the last 28+ years in Human Resources, guiding companies to happier and more productive employees via professional development, employment law, employee relations, etc. For the past 3 years, Katie has served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources with Novus Home Mortgage, a 2.6 billion dollar mortgage company headquartered in Brookfield, WI. She has spent most of her career in the financial and health care sector, including long-term care. Katie sits on the HR advisory board of MATC, assisting with HR curriculum development, and is co-chair of GLN, an HR Professional Network in Southeast WI. Katie is a mom to Connor, 15, who attends Whitefish Bay High School and plays baseball for the Blue Dukes. Her father lives in Bayside and is an avid golfer who enjoys spending time with family. Katie and Connor live in Whitefish Bay with two rescue dogs (Clover and Kirby) and spend time going to Connor’s baseball games, gathering with friends, and traveling. Katie strives for open, honest, and respectful communication. She believes in building relationships and excels in problem solving with forward-facing, innovative ideas for the greater good.

Laurie Becker

Laurie Becker

Laurie is based Senior Vice President – Property Accounting at Healthpeak Properties, Inc. in Denver, CO, which owns and manages outpatient medical facilities across the country. Ms. Becker oversees Corporate Accounting and Property Accounting, including managing SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and monthly and quarterly consolidation. Ms. Becker has over 20 years of accounting experience including starting her career in Big 4 public accounting. She has more than 15 years of corporate controllership experience, and previously spent over five years as Controller of Koss Corporation (NASDAQ: KOSS), where she was brought on to help to lead the company through a significant restatement following a financial fraud. Ms. Becker earned her Executive MBA from Marquette University where she graduated Beta Gamma Sigma and received her BBA in accounting and risk management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Dr. Havilah Normington-Gomes

Dr. Havilah Normington-Gomes

Dr. Normington-Gomes has been an extremely valuable source of information regarding our senior population and has guided our Management group on several topics. She is currently an Associate Professor of Nursing at the MSOE Nursing School. Dr. Normington-Gomes received her nursing degrees (RN and Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner Degree) from the University of Wisconsin and Marquette University. In 2019, she earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree. Her expertise is in adult primary care, clinical nursing, and adult nursing. Her nursing affiliations include membership in the American Nurses Association of Wisconsin, National League of Nurses, and MSOE Nursing Honor Society. Dr. Normington and her husband, Chris live in the Hartland, WI, area.

Karen Rodgers

Karen Rodgers

Karen joined the East Castle Place board in the Fall of 2024 and has since joined the Health Care committee. She graduated with her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Johns Hopkins University and worked as a nurse for 20 years in the fields of cardiology, intensive care, and post-surgical care before returning to school to pursue her Masters of Nursing degree in 2006 from UWM. She then worked as a Nurse Practitioner at the Medical College within the cardiology group and subsequently with the geriatric specialty group there before moving on to work as a Primary Care Provider at the Milwaukee VA Hospital for the last 15 years prior to retiring.  She is currently keeping herself busy with volunteer work, gardening, assisting in the care of her 2 grandchildren (no hardship here) and assisting in the care of aging parents. She is excited to join the board to share her extensive knowledge in geriatric medicine and as a neighbor here on the Eastside! Karen is not a native Milwaukeean, but has loved it from day one and has been fortunate to have both sons return after college, so the roots are planted.  She looks forward to finding ways to contribute to make a great community even better.

Dennis Reilly

Dennis Reilly

Dennis joined the Eastcastle Board in 2024.  Mr. Reilly joined Fifth Third Bank in March of 2022, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking in Wisconsin. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dennis leads the bank’s initiative in Wisconsin with healthcare, education, and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Fifth Third, Dennis was the Executive Director of the Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority (WHEFA), a conduit issuer of tax-exempt bonds for Wisconsin 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations. He began his career with WHEFA in 1996. Over his 26 years with WHEFA, Mr. Reilly cultivated a passion for the successes of nonprofits and participated in the structuring and issuance of approximately 670 financings totaling over $26.5 billion. Mr. Reilly received his bachelor’s degree with a finance major and economics minor from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and a master’s with an emphasis in finance from the same institution. Dennis currently serves as Lay Leader at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Milwaukee and is a Member of The Rotary Club of Milwaukee.  Dennis resides in Milwaukee, WI with his wife and they have one adult daughter who resides in Savannah, GA.
